Who is this guy?
My name is Kyle, but I also go as Klassy Kyle. In my life, I've been on many adventures both good and bad. I've been heartbroken many times, taken advantage of mentally, physically, emotionally, and financially by some friends, family, and intimate partners. I lived a life where I was out to please others. It wasn't the life I wanted. After being depressed and understanding why I was depressed, I started using those experiences as lessons and started giving more to myself. I felt, empowered and started learning and mastering the skills that helped me out of depression. From this experience, I learned what my truth was, how to live by it and what "Living my best life" truly means.
We are all capable people, but the one thing I've learned is we truly can't do everything on our own. If we truly want to transform our situation we have to trust and be open to receiving the support we need
